Novel[]
Han Baek-ha, a blood witch, cuts her own finger in a surprising gesture. Her action leaves even the eccentric Haeakcheon speechless. "I apologize to Master," she says, demonstrating a rare sacrifice, given her skill as a warrior. Despite the event in Sodamgeom and the general astonishment, something seemed strange: her attitude extremely focused on attracting the attention of Hayeon Sojeo, her student.
Hayeon, in turn, reacts coldly, as if she were above the situation. Her intriguing behavior raises suspicions. After consideration, the narrator concludes that she is the granddaughter of the leader of the blood cult, hiding her identity to protect herself in a hostile environment. The possibility of internal rivalry within the cult arises, diminishing a power game that even includes the same substitutes to preserve secrets.
Meanwhile, the narrator suffers from the constant suggestions of swords around him, a disturbing ability that increases as he approaches the main temple of the Valley of the Six Bloods. There, he finds himself in a tense situation: twelve armed warriors are waiting, their swords exuding a thirst for blood. The arrival of a long-haired woman armed with a sword causes intense suffering in the environment.
When the woman tries to attack him, the narrator instinctively defends himself, but is easily overcome. "Can the trainee cadet resist my strength?" she taunts, showing red eyes full of murderous intent. The tension is interrupted by Hayeon Sojeo, who orders her to stop, revealing that he is the Master's disciple. A woman smiles, interested, while the danger persists, making it clear that the narrator is in the middle of a dangerous intrigue full of mysteries.
