The group arrived at a vacant lot, surrounded only by the sound of insects around them. The Blood Witch had not yet appeared, which could mean that she had been delayed or that she was staying at the main church rather than the guest house. This made sense, as the Blood Cult’s bloodline needed to be protected, and Baekryeon-ha staying at the main temple would keep the witch and her followers close.

Recently, some information had been leaked, apparently as an opening act. Three pieces of information were revealed, but the most shocking was the instability in the alliance between the Martial Arts Federation and Musangseong. As dusk approached, Hae-ak-cheon and Jang Moon-woong entered the main hall, discussing the impact of this information within the Blood Cult. The consequences would be felt within half a year, and the protagonist pondered how his actions could influence this development.

Before his return, he was just a spy without much relevance, carried away by circumstances. Now, however, knowing the flow of events, she could influence the currents, shaping the tide in her favor. This ability could be even more powerful than any combat skill.

As the protagonist was talking to himself about these thoughts, sounds coming from the church caught his attention. Without bothering to hide her presence, the Blood Witch and two hooded women approached. One of them was Dam Ye-hwa, the other Baekryeonha. Their presence was unexpected, but it made sense, since Baekryeonha, being a Baekryun practitioner, would obey the witch without hesitation.

The conversation continued without beating around the bush. Han Baek-ha, the Blood Witch, revealed that she had thought about what to teach the protagonist. However, since her specialty was linked to Buddhism, imparting this knowledge to a non-disciple would be difficult. Apparently, she wanted to teach something useful, a talent acquired twenty years ago at an unknown shrine. This power had earned her the title of "Witch".

To demonstrate her ability, Han Baek-ha asked the protagonist to look directly into her eyes. The moment he did so, he felt dizzy, as if he were being sucked in. However, his innate energy reacted automatically, breaking the effect. The Blood Witch was surprised to see that he had resisted, realizing that it was no coincidence. He had a strong mind. Dam Ye-hwa had also experienced the experience, but she did not have the same resistance. When exposed to Han Baek-ha’s gaze, she nearly fell unconscious. Only the protagonist’s touch brought her back to reality, something that highlighted the terrifying nature of the technique. The Blood Witch’s power consisted of inducing a state of momentary forgetfulness or confusion in her victims. However, there were limitations: it worked best on individuals with low mental or physical strength, and any external stimulus could break the spell. The Witch explained that the technique had four stages. The first caused confusion or mild unconsciousness. The second stage induced the person to act according to the user's suggestion, although it could not be self-destructive. The third stage allowed hallucinations to be created, distorting reality for the victim. The fourth stage was a mystery, since the records explaining how it worked had been destroyed.

The protagonist decided that this technique was worth learning. When he tried to test it on Dam Ye-hwa, he encountered difficulties. Controlling the technique required more effort than he expected. However, by continuing to concentrate, he managed to activate an unexpected effect: Dam Ye-hwa, without realizing what he was doing, took off her mask and began to untie her blouse. He hurriedly slapped her forehead, breaking the spell. Dam Ye-hwa, stunned, realized her situation and turned red with embarrassment.

Han Baek-ha and Baekryeonha were shocked by what they had just witnessed. The protagonist, for his part, also did not understand what had happened. He had simply followed his instincts when trying to apply the technique. Somehow, the suggestion had a more profound effect than expected, and this left the Blood Witch surprised.

The scene ended with everyone looking in disbelief at the protagonist, who now needed to understand how he had achieved such an unexpected result with the newly learned technique.
