Han Jisang was a minor antagonist. He was an infamous assassin known as the Assassin King.
Personality[]
Han Jisang was a cunningly vicious and ruthless man in his life as an assassin. He prided himself as being the best. Due to his greed, he forced Ho Jong-Dae in weakened state, by breaking his legs, to pass on him Luminous Star Sword Technique. After this Assassin King showed his cruel side of personality, breaking a promise and killing the famed swordsman anyway.
History[]
Han Jisang received his nickname as the "Assassin King" after a failed assassination attempt against Jin Gyun, one of Eight Great Martial Artists, and survived. Because of killing Ho Jong-Dae in cowardly way, he enraged Ju Yang-seon. That's why one golden eyed man cut legs of Flying Killing King and threw him in to depths of river valley. Somehow, he survived but he was in miserable state. He could not escape end started to lose his mind due to constant hunger, loneliness and guilt, to the point of cutting his own right hand.
After many years due to fate, he meets Jin Woon-Hwi, the successor of Southern Heavenly Swordsman. That's why he decided to test him. But the young man super succeeded his expectations. That's why feeling even more worthless than before he passed his life work martial arts on Woon-Hwi committed suicide.

- He was the responsible for torturing and finishing off an already crippled Ho Jong-Dae after he had fought the man with the golden eye.
- He stole Ho Jong-Dae's martial arts, but was unable to practice it. Woonhwi would make him regret his actions during their encounter, that's why before death he decided to pass his own martial arts on him.
- He boldly attempted to assassinate Jin Gyun, one of the Eight Great Warriors of the Central Plains but failed.
