Definition[]
Here is a little problem, because we can name 2 definitions of Yokai Swords:
First[]
Every legendary sword created by Ou Yezi, that have its own ego within. Created by using a human souls, flesh and blood. Depending on person perspective, every of this swords have its unique power or curse. Because of that only chosen one can wield them.
Second[]
Every legendary sword that have its own ego within. Doesn't matter who created it and from what material if this weapon still have unique power and curse. Because of that only chosen one can wield them.
Depending on the definition of Yokai Swords, they are in ''Absolute Sword Sense'', ''Myst, Might, Mayhem'' and considering second option, also in ''Nano Machine''. Heavenly Demon Sword is a legendary weapon with its own powers and curse that also chose owner.
For purpose of this Wiki I'm going to use the first definition.[]

Hidden purpose of Yokai Swords[]
Ou Yezi forged five Yokai Swords under the threat of Seobok, a man with two golden eyes. The patterns on these swords, when combined, formed a map pointing to a specific location, an ancient imperial tomb. Hidden within the tomb was a chamber with five precisely crafted slots, each designed to hold one of the demonic weapons. Once all five swords were collected and placed in their designated slots, another map would be revealed. This new map led to the sealed resting place of Baek Muja, one of the Six Great Yokai. However, this truth remained a closely guarded secret. Those who knew of the swords' ability to form a map believed it would lead to the source of perfect immortality, unaware of the far darker power it truly concealed.
Three of the five swords - the Crimson Slicing Sword, the Evil Commandment Sword, and the Plundering-Killing Sword - were used by Jin Woon-Hwi in the imperial tomb, then permanently hidden there after he collapsed the entrance. It was an ideal hiding place: imperial tombs were typically guarded by the Imperial Guard, and even the royal family rarely ventured into them. Yet, for unknown reasons and under mysterious circumstances, after Jin Woon-Hwi and his wives departed the mortal realm and ascended to Dohwaseon, the swords were accidentally rediscovered. Unleashed once more, they brought death and chaos back into the world of mortals.
